641 Tassalini Hygienic Non-Return Valves
The 641 range comprises compact, spring-loaded hygienic non-return valves designed to prevent backflow in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and compatible chemical process lines. HD Process offers sizes from ½″ to 8″ in 316L stainless steel.
Solid Stainless Steel Valve Construction
The valve is manufactured from solid stainless steel and has a wide internal opening to accommodate product containing solid particles, subject to the process duty.
Connections and Operating Conditions
- Weld-end or Tri-Clamp connections
- PTFE sealing gasket, with other elastomers available
- Low-pressure spring for horizontal or vertical installation
- Maximum operating pressure of 15 bar
