Electric Valve Actuators

HD Process supplies electric valve actuators for automated operation of ball, butterfly and selected diaphragm valves. These actuators can be integrated with suitable process valves where electrical rather than pneumatic control is required.

Power Supply and Valve Configurations

• 24 VDC and 240 VAC supply options, with alternatives available.
• Standard IEC actuator mounting arrangements on suitable valves.
• Two-way and three-way ball valve applications.
• Butterfly and selected diaphragm valve applications.
• Suitable valve bodies may include stainless steel, brass, cast iron, PVC, CPVC or UPVC.

Standard and Quick-Acting Actuators

Standard electric actuators typically take approximately 15 seconds to move between open and closed positions. Quick-acting quarter-turn configurations are also available, with selected units operating in approximately 1-2 seconds.
