Nocado Hygienic Valves NZ | Process Valve Range

HD Process supplies Nocado hygienic valves in New Zealand for controlling, isolating, regulating and protecting compatible process lines and vessels. The range includes butterfly, ball, throttle, diaphragm, sampling, non-return and vacuum-protection valves.

Nocado valves are developed for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical process applications, with hygienic or aseptic design principles applied according to the intended service. Manual and actuated configurations are available across selected valve families.

Isolation and Flow-Control Valve Designs

The Nocado range covers several valve constructions for different process functions:

  • Butterfly valves for compact process-line isolation
  • Ball valves with full-bore flow paths, including tank-bottom configurations
  • Throttle valves for manual or automated flow adjustment
  • Diaphragm valves for shut-off, regulation, pressure relief and sampling duties
  • Sampling valves for drawing product from compatible tanks and pipelines
  • Disc-type and ball-type non-return valves for reverse-flow protection
  • Vacuum-protection valves for compatible tanks and vessels

Manual, Pneumatic and Control Options

Selected Nocado valves are available with manual operation or pneumatic actuators. Catalogue options include air-to-spring normally closed arrangements, air-to-air actuation, position feedback and control heads. Available operating configurations depend on the valve type and size.

Stainless Steel, Seal and Connection Configurations

Selected valve ranges are offered in 304 or 316L stainless steel with polished or matt finishes. Available connections include metric and inch weld ends, hygienic unions, clamp connections and between-flange arrangements. Seal and diaphragm options vary by valve family and must be compatible with the product, cleaning media and operating conditions.

Valves for Hygienic Process Systems

Nocado valves can be incorporated into new installations or used when replacing compatible components in existing process plants. The broad range allows isolation, sampling, flow regulation, reverse-flow prevention and vessel vacuum protection to be addressed using equipment from one manufacturer.
