Hygienic Sampling Valves NZ
HD Process supplies food-grade sampling valves for hygienic process applications throughout New Zealand. The range includes stainless steel valves for controlled sampling from tanks and process lines, with options for bulk samples and syringe sampling.
Available configurations include W36 and W37 sampling valves, dual-access 710 sample ports, economical threaded valves and aseptic sampling valves.

Bulk, Syringe and Aseptic Sampling Options
The appropriate valve depends on the required sample volume, installation connection and hygiene requirements. The 710 series combines a syringable membrane with standard screwed access, allowing both syringe and bulk samples to be collected from one sample port.
Replacement Membranes and Sampling Valve Seals
HD Process also supplies replacement sampling valve seals and elastomers for selected current and legacy products, including EPDM membranes and replaceable seals for syringable sample valves.
