Batch Controller Pumps NZ

HD Process supplies batch controller pump systems for automated dosing, filling and tank-to-tank transfer. The controller allows an operator to set a required batch volume and run the pump until that quantity has been delivered.

Systems can use a flowmeter or pump-based pulse feedback, depending on the pump technology and product.

Pump and Feedback Options

• Centrifugal and flexible impeller pumps.
• Peristaltic, rotary lobe and rubber-lobed pumps.
• Progressive cavity pumps.
• Encoder or pulsing proximity-sensor feedback on selected positive-displacement pumps.

Flow Measurement

Magnetic flowmeters can be used for conductive, water-based products, while specialist positive-displacement flowmeters are available for products such as oils.
