HD Process supplies gear pumps with stainless steel bodies for controlled liquid transfer and dosing applications. Different gear, seal, motor and body-material configurations are available to suit the required process duty.
Materials and Drive Options
- 304 and 316L stainless steel pump bodies, with Hastelloy available for selected applications.
- Stainless steel gears available on pumps 1½” and larger.
- PEEK gears used in smaller pump configurations.
- Teflon, EPDM, Viton and PFA seal options.
- Standard 240/400 VAC motors or servo-motor configurations.
Magnetic Drive Gear Pumps
Magnetic-drive configurations are available without conventional shaft seals and are commonly used for chemical-duty and other specialist process applications.
