Mobile pump hoist - for drum and container emptying

HD process supply mobile pneumatic hoists to allow users to directly drop in a pump to a drum or small tanks. These are particularly useful high viscosity liquid applications. These are available for both pneumatically driven air cylinder pumps and also other electrically operated pumps (including e.g. progressive cavity pumps).

1. Standard units come with exposed surfaces in stainless steel, including a shroud over the main air cylinder, and all pneumatic connections.
2. Versions of this unit can be adapted with a squeeze down lid (for e.g. 200 L drums).
3. The standard configuration comes with a pneumatic lifter (the unit in the summary drawing on this page is suitable for 120 kg but these can be designed for substantially greater loads.)
4. Standard option comes with an anti-drop system for the main air cylinder (in the event of unplanned detachment of the air line the unit will stay in place)
