Valves
HD Process supplies hygienic, sanitary and industrial process valves throughout New Zealand. The range covers product isolation, flow diversion, sampling, reverse-flow prevention and pressure management for processing lines, tanks and plant services.
Available equipment includes stainless steel food-grade valves and specialist designs for particular process duties. Manual, pneumatic and electric operating arrangements are available across selected ranges, including Keofitt, Tassalini, Bardiani and Nocado products.
Product Isolation and Flow Diversion
Butterfly and ball valves provide options for isolating process lines. Ball valve configurations include compact, filled-cavity and flushable designs, with two-way and three-way arrangements for different flow paths.
Divert and shut-off valves cover more extensive routing requirements, including selected aseptic, steam-barrier and double-block-and-bleed configurations. Diaphragm and plug cock valves provide additional hygienic valve designs.

Pressure Control, Air Venting and Reverse-Flow Protection
Non-return valves restrict reverse flow, while pressure-reducing and pressure-sustaining valves regulate pressure in compatible services. Inline bypass valves, safety valves and tank pressure/vacuum relief valves address different pressure-management functions.
Automatic air release valves vent air from pump systems and process lines. Separate high-pressure and cryogenic valve ranges cover duties requiring specialised construction.
Hygienic Sampling from Tanks and Pipelines
Sampling equipment includes conventional sample valves, syringe-access membrane ports and Keofitt hygienic and aseptic valves. The ranges differ in sample opening, collection method, cleaning arrangement and operating head.
Replacement membranes, seals and sample collection accessories are available for supported equipment.
Manual Handles, Actuators and Process Connections
Selected valves can be supplied with pneumatic or electric actuators, control tops and position feedback. Connection options across the range include butt weld, RJT and Tri-Clamp, with other arrangements offered for particular valve types.
