HD Process supplies self-cleaning filters for continuous removal of suspended solids and debris from liquid process streams. The range includes rotating scraper and plunger-type filtration systems, with configurations selected according to flow rate, viscosity and solids loading.

Rotating Scraper Filters

The FX range uses rotating filter elements with a scraper mechanism to remove accumulated solids. These filters are suited to smaller flow rates and higher-viscosity products, including honey processing applications.

Plunger Self-Cleaning Filters

Plunger-type filters are available for larger flow rates and lower-viscosity liquids. Applications include pressurised raw water and circulating water systems where automated cleaning helps reduce manual intervention.

Both filter types are available in configurations designed for continuous process operation.
