Stainless Steel Filters, Right angle, Y type and Straight Filters

HD Process 601 hygienic filter range is available for line sizes from 1" up to 8" (and generally off-the-shelf in 1 " to 4 " line size). Additionally HD process have a number of bespoke ranges of filters that can be made to order, particularly for large-size applications (including the GS60 and GS80 ranges)

These are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel construction.

• As well as single right angle filters, these can be provided in straight through or duplex designs. These filters tend to be designed for low pressure loss with removable filter element.
• Filter insert options are available in wedgewire (slotted tube), perforated plate, perforated plate with gauze and sandwich element (reinforced mesh)
• Filtration sizes down to 63 micron absolute
• As well as the off the shelf 601 range HD process make larger filters with eg non standard extended bowls for greater surface area/retention and longer time between filtration cycles.
