W36 and W37 Sampling Valves
W36 and W37 sampling valves provide controlled product sampling from tanks and process lines in hygienic food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications.
Both models are available with welded or BSP connections and can be supplied in flushable configurations. The main differences between the W36 and W37 are their inlet sizes and seal or elastomer arrangements.
Welded and BSP Connection Options
W36 and W37 sampling valves can be supplied with either a welded process connection or a BSP threaded connection. This allows the connection to be matched to the tank, vessel or process line installation.
Flushable Sampling Valve Configurations
Flushable configurations are available for both the W36 and W37. A flushable arrangement provides an additional connection for flushing the sampling point as required by the process and cleaning procedure.
W36 and W37 Inlet and Seal Differences
The appropriate model is selected according to the required inlet size and compatible seal material. Available seal arrangements differ between the W36 and W37, so the process fluid, cleaning chemicals and operating conditions should be confirmed before selection.
