HDS Type Right Angle Filters
The HDS perforated plate range of filters was originally supplied by HD Process but has since been superseded by the 601 range, which is now more commonly stocked.
HDS filters can still be sourced if required. For most new and replacement duties, the 601 range provides greater flexibility through interchangeable filter insert types.
601 Filter Insert Compatibility
- Perforated plate inserts
- Wedgewire or slotted tube inserts
- Perforated plate with gauze inserts
- Sandwich or reinforced mesh elements
HDS Replacement and Upgrade Duties
When replacing an existing HDS filter, selection should consider the line size, connection type, required aperture, product characteristics and available installation space.
Contact HD Process with the existing filter details to confirm whether an HDS replacement or a current 601-series filter is the most suitable option.
