Hygienic Constant Pressure Valves NZ

HD Process supplies hygienic constant-pressure modulating valves for maintaining a preset product pressure within sanitary process lines. Pneumatic control automatically adjusts the valve position as process pressure changes.

Inlet and Outlet Pressure Control

• Inlet-pressure valves maintain constant pressure upstream of the valve and are commonly used after equipment such as separators and heat exchangers.
• Outlet-pressure valves maintain constant downstream pressure and can be used before equipment such as filling or bottling machines.

Valve Specifications

• Sizes from 1″ to 3″.
• 316 stainless steel construction.
• PTFE and EPDM seals.
• Working pressure up to 8 bar.
• Operating temperature from -10 °C to 150 °C.
• ¼″ BSP pneumatic connection.
