Keofitt Sampling Valves (Aseptic etc)
HD Process is the exclusive New Zealand distributor for Keofitt sampling valves. The stainless steel range includes hygienic and aseptic designs for collecting samples from tanks and process pipelines.
Different valve openings, mounting arrangements and operating heads accommodate small-volume liquid sampling through to viscous and particle-containing products.
Sampling Openings for Different Product Duties
- M4: 4 mm opening for low-viscosity liquids and smaller samples
- W9: 9 mm opening for low- to medium-viscosity products
- W25: 25 mm opening for higher-viscosity and particle-rich products
- W15 and 4KAI: further options for larger samples and more demanding products
Tank, Pipeline and Specialist Sampling Arrangements
Tank-weld and pipe-weld versions are available with different manual handles or pneumatic operation. Specialist options include Ingold-style valves, Micro Ports and Sesame heads. Basix provides a simpler hygienic sampling option where a full aseptic arrangement is not required.
Sample Containers and Replacement Membranes
Sampling bags, bottles and aseptic collection flasks complement the valve range. Replacement seals and elastomers include EPDM membranes for legacy MSV 100025 valves.
