Batch Pump - Food Oil Transfer Version
HD Process supply batch pumps for food oil transfers. The unit shown in the photo here has been set up with an all stainless steel geared flowmeter and complimentary flexible impeller pump capable of up to 20,000 L per hour. It is running on an IFM supplied HDMI and communications protocol.
Accuracy is approximately 0.25% for the geared flowmeter shown.
Users can enter at their preferred batch size and continually repeat batches with the pump reliably stopping at the designated batch volume.
The touchscreen interface provides a simple and easily understood method for the operator to make changes to batch sizes. Full recipe control (a series of preprogrammed values for batch size and density) is also available.
There are multiple options for different pump types and some other flowmeters available with similar control set up.
