Dispersal plates (high-speed sawtooth disc dissolvers)
HD process supply a range of in tank agitators with dispersal plates (high-speed sawtooth disc dissolvers).
These units come with either clamp or flange mounting.
As well as dissolving powders and other solids, dispersal plates provide mixing and some level of shear emulsification. They are also able to disperse immiscible fluids.
Assuming the motor and plate is sized correctly, these units can work with viscosities up to 100,000cP
