HD Process supplies CSF CS and CSX series hygienic centrifugal pumps, designed for demanding sanitary process applications. These close‑coupled pumps feature open impellers and independent shaft support to deliver gentle product handling, low NPSH and high efficiency. Modular construction provides a broad performance range while electro‑polished AISI 316L stainless steel components ensure easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.
With flow rates up to 300,000 L/h and pressures to 10 bar, CS pumps handle everything from gentle transfer to evaporator circulation. The clamp‑style casing rotates to suit any installation and allows rapid disassembly for inspection and maintenance. Various mechanical seal arrangements, FDA‑approved elastomers and connection standards offer flexibility to match your process.
