A Vortex Flowmeter is a volume flow meter that measures the volume flow of gas, steam, or liquid, or the mass flow of gas, steam, or liquid. This measurment is based on the Karman vortex caused when the fluid flows through the collector rod of the vortex flowmeter, a vortex is formed. The frequency of vortex shedding is proportional to the fluid velocity. Temperature and pressure compensation can be configured.
LUG series Vortex Flowmeter hasa wide range of applications, and are suitable for oil，chemical industry，metallurgy，heating power，spinning，papermaking , with saturated vapors, compressed air, ordinary air (oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas, coal gas,etc,
water and liquid (liquids include - water, petrol , alcohol, benzene ,etc).
These units come with both digital dsiplay with options for pulsed and analogue outputs.
