Geared (Oval) Stainless Steel Flowmeters
HD Process supply stainless steel oval geared flowmeters for metering of oils and other similar products. These units are rated to up to 0.5% accuracy and have options for local display and pulsed output for batch and totaliser.
These are available in a range of sizes. Default setup provides gears in stainless steel.
The direct volumetric measurement from the positive displacement design provides a flow measurement that is unaffected by changes in temperature, pressure, or viscosity – factors which can cause measurement errors in other flow meter technologies.
With a simple and reliable design concept using only two moving parts, they provide long service life and minimised maintenance costs.
