Turbine Flowmeter for Services Lines

HD Process supply turbine flowmeters for services lines in sizes 1 inch 1.5 inch and 2 inch.

These units come in Aluminum with option for Stainless Steel body. They include a turbine along with a battery-powered (2 x AAA batteries) digital display which is able to read both flow total (Litres, total) and flow rate (LPM) and are rated to around 1 percent accuracy.

These have a fully sealed flow chamber   - and have a magnetic pulsed signal to the display counter (see photo here)

Note - We have found good accuracy and excellent repeatability when these units are installed correctly (see photo in the section) -  with the flow chamber always filled.  One simple solution  is to install this unit vertically with the flow going upwards.

Top line (large digits) – running total in litres

reset this top line value with fast press of RESET Button

Lower line (small digits) – current total, or current LPM.

- reset this lower line value with fast press of RESET Button

Toggle from total to LPM using CAL button.

Reset lower total – hold RESET for 3 seconds press RESET to zero lower total

To get back to original display form program mode (when display is flashing), press and hold CAL for 3 seconds
