Retractable (Pop Out) Rotating Cleaning Jet Heads for Powder Plants and Ducts
HD Process supply a range of Retractable (Pop Out) cleaning heads for powder plants in ducts. These include the self powered RT611 range, there are other ranges available.
The RT611 comes with proximity sensor options for open/closed position and also a rotation sensor.
The range of Retractable Cleaning Heads is specially designed to wash the following areas;
- Inlet / Outlet air ducts
- Evaporating flash vessels Cyclones and bag house
- Cooking vessels
- Powder dryer dusts
- Fluid bed dryers
- Granulators
- Dryer chambers
- Coating pan
The standard unit is a water driven/self powered popout model. There is also an option for a pneumatic opening type as well.

- RT 611 ASA > version with OPEN / CLOSE plus ROTATION sensors
