Liquid Level Sight Glass - flanged and welded to tank wall
HD Process supplies liquid level sight glasses for tank wall mounting along with externally connected liquid level gauges.
The tank wall mounts style normally come with bolted external flange – see photo here of options to weld this in place.
Standard sight glass viewable with is around 20 mm – though this can vary.
Depending on pressure longer lengths these can constructed in sections.
Maximum pressure up to 16 bar under normal conditions.
Generally made to order in stainless steel or boilerplate steel. With options for seal types depending on conditions.
Several options for glass including toughened sodium silicate, and toughened borosilicate glasses.
