HD Process supplies Nocado sight glasses and level indicators for direct visual monitoring of compatible process tanks, pipelines and equipment. These components allow operators to observe product conditions or liquid level without relying solely on electronic instrumentation.
The range includes inline and tank-mounted sight glasses, cylindrical viewing sections and external tubular level indicators. Available materials, glass types and connection arrangements vary between configurations.
Inline and Tank-Mounted Sight Glasses
Nocado sight glasses provide a direct view into a pipeline or vessel. The catalogue includes flat weld-end designs, cross-type and angle-type assemblies, cylindrical sight glasses and deaeration lanterns.

External Tubular Level Indicators
Nocado level indicators use a transparent external tube connected to the vessel to provide continuous visual indication of the liquid level. Available components include level-indicator valves, upper and intermediate fittings, transparent tubes, seals and protective tubes.
Stainless Steel and Viewing-Material Options
Selected sight-glass configurations are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel with borosilicate or hard-glass viewing elements. Level-indicator components include polished 304 stainless steel fittings with glass or acrylic tube options. The selected construction must suit the product, pressure, temperature and cleaning conditions.
Direct Process and Vessel Observation
These components can support visual checks of liquid level, product colour, clarity, flow and the presence of air or foam. Their simple visual operation makes them useful alongside other process instrumentation and control systems.
