UPVC, PP (polypropylene), and PVDF

Key features and benefits of PP cartridge filter housings:
  • Corrosion Resistance:PP and other plastics like PVDF offer good resistance to acids, alkalis, and other corrosive chemicals, making them suitable for various industrial applications.
  • Durability:PP housings are generally robust and can withstand normal usage and environmental conditions.
  • Cost-Effectiveness:Plastic housings are generally less expensive than metal housings, making them an attractive option for many applications.
  • Versatility:PP housings are available in different sizes and configurations to accommodate various filter cartridge types and flow rates.
  • Chemical Compatibility:PP is compatible with a wide range of chemicals, but some aggressive substances may require PVDF housings for better resistance.
  • Easy Maintenance:PP housings can be easily cleaned and disinfected, ensuring proper filter performance and hygiene.

Types of PP Cartridge Filter Housings:

  • Standard PP Housings:These housings are designed for general-purpose filtration and can accommodate standard cartridge filter sizes.
  • High Flow PP Housings:These housings are designed for higher flow rates and larger filter cartridge sizes, suitable for applications requiring greater throughput.
