Air Actuators for Ball and Butterfly Valves

HD Process provide a range of pneumatically actuated butterfly, ball, piston and pinch valves. with options for vertical and horizontal in stainless steel and other materials as well.

For butterfly valve actuation HD Process commonly supply Bardiani stainless steel ‘Mach’ actuators with the option for Bardiani Giotto control tops (providing proximity feedback & solenoid valve for air actuation from electrical input).  A network bus can be added to these control tops. Additionally HD Process provide Tassalini stainless steel Actuator and control top set up.

Generally for ball valve actuation HD Process provide IEC standard actuator / control top (IEC actuator mounting bolt configuration) with option for bolt on control top and network bus.
