Lid Fitting Machine

Lid-fitting unit suitable for screw-on and twist-off jars, mounted onto a conveyor belt.

• The lids are placed on a chute. A piston with suction disc picks up the lid and puts it on the jar. At this stage optional preconditioning devices can be mounted (e.g. pre-twisting, light pushing, etc.). From there the jars are transported to the capping unit.
• When a jar is in position for capping the belt stops and the jar gets capped.
• The machine is very flexible and can operate with many different lid types and sizes at the same time.
