Bolondi SW Rotary Jet Heads
The Bolondi SW Range includes high-pressure rotary jet heads for cleaning tanks, skips, bins and other process equipment. These water-driven cleaning heads provide sector cleaning coverage for duties requiring stronger mechanical cleaning action than static spray devices can provide.
SW rotary jet heads are suited to production and washdown areas where repeatable coverage, short cleaning cycles and a choice of nozzle configurations are required.
SW Pressure, Flow and Cleaning Coverage
- Pressure range up to 200 bar.
- Standard operating flow range of 15-60 L/min.
- Temperature tolerance up to 90°C.
- Cleaning coverage of 240°.
- Approximate cleaning cycle time of 15 seconds.
Nozzle and Filter Options
- Two, three or four-nozzle configurations depending on the selected model.
- Filter options available.
- Model selection according to pressure, flow and access conditions.
- Sector cleaning configuration for targeted internal cleaning.
Tank, Bin and Machinery Cleaning
The SW range can be used for tank cleaning, skip and bin cleaning, open container cleaning and cleaning inside machinery or other process equipment.
