Rotameter with Gauge (rotameter with analogue output options)

Rotameters are simple industrial flow meters that measure and pressure liquid or gas flow in a closed pipe.   HD Process supply a variety of Rotameters incluing this range with gauge (which can provide an analogue output).

The  Metallic Rotameter Flowmeter shown on this link does not require electrics or battery in order to display (ie considered safe for hazardous area). The basic gauge is passively driven by magnetic effect.

Electrics can be added in order to provide analogue or comms protocol output.

These flowmeters use the variable area type measurement principle, widely used to measure the flow of the gases and liquids in industrial conditions including industries involved in petroleum, chemical, power-generating, medicine-making, food, water treatment, etc.

Options for both mechanical gauge indicator and digital display.

There are several options for remote transmission (analogue voltage, milliamp) along with communications protocol (RS485, HART)

Tube side generally stainless steel.

Flanges include :ANSI 150# ANSI300# ,JIS standard , DIN , GB standard etc.
