Lid Fitter- Lid Tensioner 110804
HD Process provide various lid fitting machines including the Swienty 110804 lid / cap tensioning unit. With this unit the operator loosely puts the cap onto the bottle and the tensioning unit will accurately tighten to the same torque, so there is uniformity across all bottles. Additionally this machine will prevent ligament damage to the operator and other stress injuries from repetitive movement.
The lid-fitter machine is able to handle screw-on and twist-off functions.
The machine is easy to use and control for one person.
The lids are placed loosely on the jars whereupon the machine holds the jar while tightening the lid. After the process, the machine starts over again.
The lidfitter machine is adjustable for different sizes of jars and lids. Minimum jar size Ø40 x H50 mm to Ø130 x H150 mm and the sizes of lids are between Ø45-90 mm.
The machine can handle lids and containers made of plastic, metal or glass.
