Inflatable Gaskets for Variable Area Tanks
Inflatable gaskets, or inflatable seals, are hollow, typically elastomeric profiles designed to create airtight or watertight seals by inflating rather than compressing. They are useful for applications where sealing gaps vary or where rapid sealing and unsealing are needed.
HD PROCESS supply these gaskets for floating lids on sizes from 300mm to 2500mm tanks (35mm thick when inflated). Photo of seals and hand pump attached here.
ALSO - HD Process supply bespoke sized gaskets for pressurized air tight doors.
