Geared Flowmeter (All Stainless Rotors)

HD Process provide a high accuracy geared flow meter, with all stainless steel (316) gears. This range is capable of measuring flow rates up to 20,000 L per hour (we have other flowmeter options available for greater flowrates if required).

Options for Tri clover, screwed BSP, flanged, camlock connections on request.

Accuracy - +/- 0.5%

With pulsed (24 vDC) output plus option for digital display showing rate, totalisation et cetera.

Various analogue outputs available including 4-20mA.

Rated for 1000cP viscosity on standard gears (with option for up to 10,000cP)

80c Standard temp, up to 150C with high temp version.
