Fillers - bottle filling in various configurations

View various videos of a 1.5” Monolobe pump controlled by an IFM LMT product sensor to fill various sized plastic containers (500 mL, 1L and 2L). The operator sets the height of the sensor, switches on the pump and the pump stops providing the same fill level each time. The pump is run at various speeds depending on the bottle size and line size as can be seen in the videos below.

There are several options for the use of the head including sliding the product sensor up and down on the stand (a fixed clip is available to stop the sensor at the same level each time), or leaving the product sensor fixed and in place and moving the stand or alternatively extracting the bottle by tipping slightly to remove it.
