Bag Dump Unloading Station – Single bag
HD Process supply single bag dump stations to provide operators with an ergonomic solution for handling and unloading a variety of powders. The standard unit is designed for bags around 25kg.
High level description;
Pneumatic cylinders as a safety system when closing the equipment’s front hatch.
Includes a fan for the dust trapping system with a filtering basket with polyester filter.
The system traps the dust cloud generated during loading retaining it for processing inside the equipment.
Bag emptying flow rates with a rotary valve or direct transportation of up to 3 ton /hour.
Types of raw material: flour, starch, leaf, grain, sugar, salt and general chemical powders.
OPTIONS INCLUDE
Removable sanitary rotary valves.
Fine mesh sieves at the outlet of the bag dump station.
Extraction system: extractor or sieve fitting.
Options for ATEX / Explosion proof.
