The Electric Lidsorter is used with a lidfitting machine for automatic lidfitting. The lidsorter is connected to the lidfitter and applies the lids on the jars. The machine is able to sort different kinds of lids (plastic, metal, screw on/twist-off etc.) so they are oriented the “right” way.
The machine is mounted with a sensor that puts the machine on standby when the “buffer” is filled with lids.
The lidsorter can be adjusted to different lid sizes, from Ø42-90 mm, and can be used with both plastic and metal lids. The lidfitter can be customised to fit your specific needs. For customised solutions please contact Swienty.
The machine is electrical driven, without the need of an additional compressor.
