Filling Stations with Turntables and Bottle Conveyors

This is a very easy to set up machine and can be adapted from one size jar to another in a matter of minutes.

- running multiple fills at varying speeds with high viscosity product (water).
Maximum flow rates are up to around 700LPH, Fills eg 9 x 500L bottles per minute.
Has rotating table with photosensor (horizontally adjustable), and adjustable height filler head.
The level controlled hopper in the video stabilises the fill levels and makes each fill very repeatable.
Capping and labelling are also available as optional extras.
