Inline high speed emulsifier with quick access head - for food industry
HD process supply the hygienic range SRL type stainless steel emulsifiers for food products with easy access heads. These have quick open hand screws on the head for cleaning and also allow for easy to the rotor and stator assembly.
Alternative rotor/ stators can be swapped in or out to enable the targeting for specific food textures.
Options for the rotor stator include;
